Business Fix

Got a business problem, a decision to make or an opportunity you are not quite sure how to approach? Business Fix provides focused, practical problem-solving support for English-speaking small businesses in France.

Sometimes you do not need a lengthy consultancy project; you need time to step back, look at what is happening and work out what to do next. Business Fix gives you a dedicated session to explore the issue, challenge assumptions, identify possible underlying causes and consider your options.

Topics might include pricing, profitability, sales, customer challenges, workload, business efficiency or something that simply is not working as it should. The aim is to help you gain clarity, make more informed decisions and leave with practical next steps you can act on.

Sessions are available in person in Eymet or remotely across France, making Business Fix accessible wherever you are based. Bring the problem, talk it through and find a clearer way forward — one focused session at a time.
