What if I don't know exactly what the problem is?
That's fine.
Sometimes figuring out what the real problem is is the most important part of the session.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No.
You don't need a business plan or complicated paperwork. Bring whatever information you already have that's relevant and we'll start from there.
How long is the session?
Business Fix is a focused one-to-one session of around an hour.
The aim isn't to watch the clock. It's to make good use of the session and get you closer to a clear way forward.
Is Business Fix business coaching?
Not in the traditional sense.
It's a standalone problem-solving session rather than an ongoing coaching programme.
Will you tell me what I should do?
I'll give you my honest view and help you assess the options.
But it's your business and your decision.
What if we discover I'm trying to solve the wrong problem?
That could be the most useful thing we discover.
There's little point fixing the wrong problem.
What if my problem needs more work?
Some issues are more complicated than others.
If it becomes clear that something needs further investigation or specialist support, I'll tell you.
There's no obligation to continue with me.
