3. Use of the Platform Users agree to

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to any user who breaches these Terms.

4. Business Listings

Biz Où? allows English-speaking businesses to list their details on the platform via a registration form. .Businesses are solely responsible for

Biz Où? reserves the right to edit, verify, or remove listings that are false, misleading, or non-compliant with our policies.

5. Verification and Liability Disclaimer

While Biz Où? endeavours to verify that all businesses listed are bona fide, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or continued validity of any listing.Users engage with businesses at their own discretion and risk. Biz Où? is not responsible for any:

• Loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from the use of a listed business or service;

• Financial or contractual disputes between users and businesses;

• Service quality or outcomes provided by listed businesses.

Our role is strictly that of an information platform, not an agent, broker, or intermediary.

6. Reviews and User Content

Users may post reviews and feedback about businesses listed on Biz Où?.By submitting content, users grant Biz Où? a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content. We reserve the right to remove or moderate content that is:

• Defamatory, false, or offensive;

• Spam, promotional, or irrelevant;• In breach of applicable laws or our community guidelines.

7. Subscription and Payment Terms

Some features of Biz Où? are available on a paid subscription basis (e.g., Premium Listings, Advertising).Businesses that subscribe agree to:

• Pay fees as outlined on the platform;

• Ensure timely renewal to maintain visibility;

• Understand that fees are non-refundable once the listing is published, unless otherwise stated. Biz Où? reserves the right to adjust subscription fees with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, design elements, and content on the platform (except user-generated content) are the intellectual property of Biz Où? SAS or its licensors.Users and businesses may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees (if any) paid by the user within the twelve months preceding the claim.
