Gîte 1:
Four-bedroom barn conversion sleeping up to eight guests, with lounge, large kitchen/diner, utility room with shower, WC and washing machine. Upstairs are two king bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom.
Gîte 2:
Four-bedroom barn conversion sleeping up to eight guests, with lounge, kitchen/diner, utility room and four bedrooms with family bathroom.
Owner's Cottage:
Separate one-bedroom cottage with fitted kitchen, lounge/dining area, utility room and WC downstairs, plus a large bedroom and bathroom upstairs.
Outdoor space
The two gîtes each have their own private, screened and fully fenced garden with patio or decking, outdoor dining furniture, sunshade and BBQ.
A shared rear garden of approximately 1,500m² provides additional space, with dedicated seating areas for each property. There is also off-road parking for two cars per gîte.
The owner's cottage has its own covered and uncovered tiled patio, seating areas, swing seat, small garden and potager, together with separate parking.
