Daniel Fryer is a mental health and wellbeing consultant, author and writer who has been living in France for the past two years. With more than 20 years of experience, he works with people and organisations to help them deal with everyday challenges including stress, anxiety and burnout.
Originally trained in hypnotherapy and cognitive behavioural approaches, Daniel has worked in a variety of settings over the years, including private healthcare, occupational health, the NHS and The Priory Hospital. Today he mainly works in private practice and in an online only capacity. He sees clients from across Europe. He offers one-to-one coaching and therapy, as well as workshops, webinars and practical wellbeing support.
He’s also written several books including The Four Thoughts That F*ck You Up… and How to Fix Them and How to Cope with Almost Anything with Hypnotherapy. Alongside his books, Daniel writes articles on all aspects of mental health and wellbeing, many of which can be found either on his website, or on his column over on Psychology Today.
